Each kit contains two (2) specimen collection tubes, one for the baseline and one for the concentrate sample.  Also contained is bio-hazard packaging with instructions to securely collect and ship your samples to BSR.  Each kit has a unique Identification Number that will be used to identify the sample once it is received at BSR.

This is a Bioassay Kit.  Packaging for return shipping along with instructions are included with the kit. 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. CD34+, CFU-F, TNC, VALIDATION & FREE HGB bioassay samples MUST be shipped from Monday to Thursday.  These samples cannot be shipped on Friday for Monday delivery.
